A piping hot plate of fluffy bhatura and chole combined with some onions and pickle feels like heaven on earth. Mishry Mums Kanika Datta’s love for chole bhature knows no bounds. After having spent double the amount to get a lip-smacking plate of Chole Bhature delivered at my doorstep in Gurugram, Sitaram Ready To Eat Chole Bhature came as a savior.
Both the Chole and Bhature by Sita Ram Diwan Chand come in separate packaging. The Chole (wali adrak) is priced at INR 115 and the Bhatura is priced at INR 155. There are 4 small sized bhaturas included in this pack.
The process to heat up the bhaturas is mentioned behind the back of the pack. To my surprise, I was not impressed on seeing the size of the bhaturas. On heating the bhaturas as mentioned, these turned out to be super hard and kadak. The bhaturas are very thin and small in size.
The ready to eat chole contains about 1 cup of the chole. The thick sized gingers present in these chole did not look appealing. Compared to homemade chole, the color of these ready to eat chole was unusual. These chole tasted bad.
From my honest experience, I would not recommend you to try the Sita Ram Diwan Chand Ready To Eat Chole Bhature.
