Although well set Ananda dahi had a mildly sour after-taste.
How We Tested?
We set a bowlful of homemade curd using Ananda Dahi starter for Mishry Secret Sauce. It turned out to have the same sour after-taste. It looked coagulated and wasn’t too creamy.
