#FirstImpression Of Ketofy Choco Fudge Keto Cookies
Packaging and price – A 200-gram pack of Ketofy Choco Fudge Keto Cookies are priced at Rs 299/- which are on the expensive side. That being said, this is a premium product and does not come in the everyday cookie section. These keto cookies come in a re-sealable pack and are convenient to store.
Ingredients used – The basic essence of a keto diet is to have a low carb diet with the inclusion of good-for-you fats. The ingredients used to make these cookies include a healthy mix of watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
The ingredient list also mentions vigna mungo, which is basically urad dal. Yes, the dal that is used to make our beloved dal makhani. The fat comes from cocoa butter and rice bran oil. It also contains Himalayan pink salt. We can confidently say that the list of ingredients justifies the price.
Taste and texture – The choco fudge cookies smell delicious. The texture is not crispy and crumbly. It’s not wafer-thin and has a very visible, palpable bite. Now, coming down to the taste, anyone who loves dark bitter chocolate would like these cookies. The chocolate flavor and aroma is rich and intense. These keto cookies are very different from the regular chocolate-based cookies we usually buy from the market. The wonderful thing about these cookies is that they don’t make the tummy feel too heavy after eating.
Sweetness – The sweetness is a crucial aspect while reviewing a cookie, especially if it claims to be ‘healthy’. The sweetness is added to the cookies through erythritol. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that is used as a low-calorie sweetener in food products. The sweetness in these cookies is almost non-existent. We could easily put them in a 90% sugar-free dark chocolate cookie category.
These Ketofy Choco Fudge Keto Cookies taste great with your favorite coffee and even turn into a great mid-night or evening snack. It’s perfect as a light, mid-meal snack.
The Indian market lacks good-quality keto-friendly products and the Ketofy cookies seem very promising.
