The Worst Products We Encountered 

A product specially in the Food category can be deemed poor for several reasons, including disappointing taste, texture, or consistency. 

How are products evaluated to be deemed the worst?

• They don’t offer good value for the price.
• They fail to live up to their claims.
• They lack quality compared to competitors in their category.
• They do not meet the expected performance benchmarks.

There were a few products in 2024 that received poor ratings largely due to their failure to meet expectations in flavor, texture, and overall quality. 

1. In our Multi Brand Review for Spiciest Ramen in India, Paldo HWA Ramyun and Masterchow Korean Spicy Cup Noodles were found to be some of the least spicy options. Hence on the spiciness scale they received 2.5 out of 5. Despite being marketed as hot and spicy, their flavor profiles lacked the expected heat, leaving them underwhelming for spice enthusiasts.
2. In the review of best biryani kits, Mamas Love Biryani Kit did not perform well. Despite promising an easy way to prepare biryani at home, it failed to deliver in terms of proper labeling, taste and cumbersome cooking leading to a score of  2.8 /5.  The flavor was not up to the mark and did not achieve the desired texture.
