Bolas Mysore Pak has a rectangular shape. With each bite, it exudes a delightful freshness. We appreciate the soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture that ghee brings in. We loved the delicate, sweet flavor of green cardamom.
Speaking of sweetness, it might be on the higher side for some, but it’s important to note that Mysore Pak traditionally leans towards a sweeter taste profile.

The packaging highlights the origin of this mithai and the noble figure behind its name. It was none other than the then-esteemed ruler of Mysore, Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV, who bestowed this exceptional sweet with the name we all recognize today.
Inside this outer box, you’ll find a secondary plastic container that holds the Mysore Pak. It is securely sealed with both plastic wrapping and a lid. A 250 gm box is priced at Rs. 225. It has 5 months of shelf life.

Bolas Anjeer Dry Fruits Barfi has a thick, square-cut design. The primary nuts seen here are almonds, anjeer, and pistachio.
The almonds and pistachios are extremely fresh-tasting. They provide a delightful crunch and a pleasant contrast to the otherwise soft and chewy texture of anjeer. The anjeer seeds provide a satisfying crunch and the sweetness is balanced. We loved it!

The Maharajas of Jaipur displayed remarkable wisdom in their choice of halwais for the royal kitchens. Bolas Anjeer Barfi is a proof of the remarkable recipe that has been cherished and handed down through generations.
The Barfi is placed in a separate container inside the box which is covered with a plastic seal and lid. The 250 gm box is priced at Rs. 395 and offers a shelf life of 4 months.

Bolas Kaju Katli follows a time-honored recipe passed down through generations from the carefully selected halwais of Rajasthan’s royal kitchens. This delectable sweet is carefully crafted using the finest cashews sourced from across the globe.
