#FirstImpressions Of Slurrp Farm’s Millet Dosa
Kids should know what real food tastes like, not what it tastes like with loads of sugar, salt or flavor enhancers. Slurrp Farm’s products keep flavors clean and simple. We like that.
We also like that the list of ingredients on the packaging is clean and healthy. The dosa-mix uses foxtail millets and four different types of dals. No preservatives, no stabilizers, and no added color or flavor enhancers.
The Spinach Dosa Mix is easy to make and rather quick to cook. The green from the spinach is a natural green; not so stark and deep-colored that some picky-eaters may choose to turn up their noses!
The dosa is soft and some of our little tasters liked the dosa rolled up, like a parantha.
Flavor-wise, Slurrp Farm’s Spinach and Millet Dosa is seasoned well and overall quite delicious. We did feel, however, that some bites of the spinach dosa had a bit too much of zeera, almost making the bite bitter. But if you are giving this to a child with chutney or curd on the side, it should be alright.
