We examined the texture by closely observing the following points:

This bucket holds around 10 pieces of fried chicken (approximately).

How To Fry These?

Our Observations
Appearance
The chicken pieces are varied in size and cut. However, they are not boneless. Also note that while most pieces had bones, we found one boneless piece in the entire batch.
Texture + Taste
The chicken-to-breading ratio is acceptable, but what doesn’t really work for us is the cut of the chicken. The chicken pieces seem to be taken from a smaller chicken that doesn’t have any meat. This resulted in a high proportion of bone and cartilage and less of the meat.
While the breading has a nice flavor and provides a satisfying crunch, the chicken itself (whatever we could get) is dry and lacks the juiciness one would expect.
Moreover, some pieces have very small bones which makes the entire process of eating them difficult.

Despite these shortcomings, the outer breading manages to salvage some points, but overall, there’s room for improvement in terms of the quality of the chicken.
