Mishry’s Observations
Aroma + Appearance
The noodles have a noticeable aroma of chilies. These have a fiery, red appearance.
Taste + Texture
These noodles have a fantastic texture. They’re long, non-sticky, and extremely bouncy. Double thumbs up!
Although not mentioned on the pack, we could see a lot of white sesame seeds that add a lovely toastiness to the noodles.
Coming to the taste, we expected spicy noodles and spicy noodles are what we got. The spiciness is intense which certainly means people with low to medium spice tolerance might not be able to handle the heat.
Even though our eyes were watering, we couldn’t stop going for another one. It had a superb umami flavor that made us want to return after each bite. Towards the end, it leaves behind a mild sweet finish on your palette.
Pros
- True to its flavor.
- Noodles have an excellent bouncy texture.
- Convenient to cook.
- Spiciness is on point.
