The sleek, pistachio-green packaging is not just eye-catching but also incredibly practical. The bullet design makes it easy to apply on the go, and the twist-up mechanism ensures you always have the perfect amount of product.

It is best that you don’t roll it up all at once (bye intrusive thoughts), because it may not go back in the case and you may end up wasting some product. And well, this is too precious to waste!

1. Shade Juicy (Tested by Tanu)

I’ve been a devoted user of Pixi On-the-Glow Blush in Juicy for over two years and I’m completely in love! The smart design is incredibly hygienic, eliminating the need for messy finger dipping, especially when you are on the go. The shade “Juicy” is absolutely stunning, it gives a soft, natural and healthy flush of color. I also appreciate how hydrating this blush is, it glides on smoothly without drying out my skin.

For someone like me whose everyday makeup routine consists of basically sunscreen and a touch of color, this blush is a lifesaver. It’s incredibly versatile and doubles up beautifully as a lip tint, adding a subtle flush of color to the lips.

How can it be better?

The staying power could be improved. It tends to fade a bit throughout the day, requiring occasional touch-ups.

2. Shade Ruby (Tested by Nishtha)

Ruby is a vibrant, berry shade that adds a pop of color to any makeup look. The pigmentation is intense, the formula is still incredibly smooth and easy to blend, making it easy to build up the intensity to your desired level. This shade is particularly stunning on deeper skin tones, adding a warm, rosy glow. The stay is not so great though. Re-application will be needed.

One of the things I love most about Pixi Blush is the gorgeous, dewy finish it gives. It’s perfect for those of us with dry skin, as it adds a much-needed hydration boost. The formula is so smooth and buttery, it feels like a dream on the skin.

Is It Versatile?

YES! While Pixi Blush is primarily a blush, it’s also versatile enough to be used on the lips. A swipe of Juicy adds a subtle pink tint, while Ruby gives a bolder berry stain and you look very put together in a matter of seconds!

c. Pricing And Availability

a. Tanu quotes – “I do feel the price point in India could be more competitive. It’s significantly cheaper when purchased abroad – I’ve bought it a few times from Amazon.com. However, I haven’t noticed any difference in the quality of the product between the ones purchased here and those from Amazon US”

b. Nishtha quotes – “While the price of ₹1,950 might seem steep, it’s justified by the product’s quality, performance, and the brand’s reputation. Compared to high-end luxury brands, it might be considered more affordable, but compared to drugstore brands, it’s significantly more expensive. 

This hardly ever goes on sale, but be sure to check the product for availability on Tira, Nykaa, Sephora and Amazon. Don’t fall for dupes – there are tons!”
