Recipe -2 Infused Water Recipes Using Sweet Lime
Method
- In a litre of water, put all the ingredients mentioned which will make infused water.
- Keep the prepared infused water refrigerated for the whole night.
- Bring at room temperature when you start drinking it.

- Use the sweet lime, cucumber with the peel. Muskmelons would be peeled and used.

Recipe -3 Orange Salad
Ingredients
- Segments of one orange sliced thinly.
- Mint – 5 to 6 leaves
- Apple sliced – 1
- Sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp, pumpkin seeds (green) – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp, honey 1 tsp and crushed black pepper – 1 to 2 tsp
Method
- In a large white plate arrange the orange segments and apple slices alternating.
- Scatter mint leaves over it.
- For the crunch, scatter the sunflower seeds and the pumpkin seeds.
- Mix lemon juice, honey and black pepper.
- Drizzle this mix over the prepared fruits and seeds.
