This is a light beige color hummus with a coarse texture. It tastes fresh and has a pleasant chickpea flavor that is satisfying. But it is slightly more tart when compared to fresh hummus and we would have preferred a more balanced taste.
However, looking at the fact that it is a packaged snack, it is a good-quality and well-crafted hummus.
