4. How to make a perfect green tea?

Making green tea at home is not a difficult task and you can make the perfect cup of green tea in just a few steps:

  • Boil (ranging between 80 to 85 deg celsius) a cup of water. 
  • Add green tea leaves/ green tea bags to the warm water and leave it for 3 minutes to steep.
  • Pour this water with the flavor of green tea, back in the cup and don’t pour the green tea leaves with it.
  • You may add 1 tbsp of honey for flavor.
  • Some people add sugar and lemon to help reduce the bitterness or enhance the flavor of the green tea. If you are diabetic or trying to lose weight, do not add sugar. You can replace refined sugar with artificial sweeteners also.
