How we brewed this chai?

We made this beverage like regular, with milk, water, and sugar, as per taste. This turned aromatic and developed the authentic color slightly quicker than regular chai patti. 

Aroma + Appearance

The fragrance of these tea leaves was, in a word, enticing! The spices lent an invigorating aroma. We could identify pepper, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon. The most prominent was pepper.

This developed the chai brown hue quicker than normal. It was a deep amber appearance. 

Flavor

The flavors were as impressive as the aroma. Soothing yet re-energizing, these tea leaves had bold flavors of the spices. There was a natural sweetness, a warming spice kick, but the peppery heat took the front seat. This aspect made this chai the perfect winter evening beverage. 

We also give this full marks on convenience as the need to crush or grate and add seven different spices is eliminated. You just add these tea leaves like regular to your milk and water and voila!
