Price & Packaging
This steel apple cutter was priced at Rs 150/-. It was packed in a plastic wrapper and further placed in a carton.

Material & Construction
As seen in the image below, this apple cutter had eight steel blades that were attached to a circular ring. There is also a handle on either side that adds to the ease of use. The blades are steel but the body, ring, and handles are made of plastic.
Overtime, with moderate use, the plastic has started to peel off. We feel the plastic could have been of better quality.
Usability
After applying appropriate pressure, the apple was sliced smoothly and evenly. We were delighted to see consistent-sized slices. The core with the apple seeds was in the ring. The cutter was very sturdy during the entire review process.
PS- this cutter can be used for other round fruits and veggies like pear, guava, potatoes, etc.
We tried slicing a pear with this and it worked well.
Cleaning & Maintenance
We washed the apple cutter manually using a mild dishwashing soap and some water.
