1. Pour Over

A pour over coffee, as the name suggests, is made by pouring hot water onto ground coffee beans. These are then allowed to brew. While some use a French press or a percolator, Blue Tokai uses a filter. We recommend it for the fact that no extra equipment is needed for preparing coffee, low acidity levels and smoothness. 

You can choose between a light, medium and medium dark roast. Although you can add milk, we suggest not to.

2. Iced Mocha

We often choose the lactose free option. We recommend it for the perfect balance of coffee, milk and chocolate. This provides 374 Kcal per serve.

3. Cappuccino

A classic you cannot go wrong with. This has hot milk, espresso and steamed microfoam. We recommend trying this with a cookie when you’re at the store and not order it if you’re getting it delivered. For delivery, opt for the Flat White instead.

4. Vietnamese Style Iced Coffee

Condensed milk, coffee, milk poured over ice and a 1000-watt smile. Meant for the sweet, milky coffee lovers, this is absolutely delicious and doesn’t feel too heavy. 

Pair it with a croissant or a bakery item of your choice.

5. Iced Cappuccino

We like the iced cappuccino for the beautiful balance of coffee and milk. This contains date syrup apart from espresso, ice and milk.

From Biligiriranga hills in Karnataka, this can be had black or with milk and is an Espresso lover’s delight. This is a medium dark roast and has balanced acidity levels.

Protein packed and SO delish! Soft scrambled eggs topped on a sourdough, smoked chicken breast, goat’s cheese and arugula with balsamic. What’s not to like?
