There’s a lot that goes into making that perfect bowl of pasta. A lot goes into getting that ideal al-dente texture, the creamy sauce, veggies with a soft bite, and the seasoning.

Our Review Factors
Our primary focus parameters were flavor and convenience. Does this do justice to the ‘pasta’ masala tag? What was the texture like?
All such questions are answered in the following section.
1. Flavor
Desi or authentic? Was the overall flavor balanced? What about the salt to spice proportions? Is the seasoning herby and garlicky, or is it about desi masalas all the way?
2. Convenience
Is this truly an all-in-one seasoning? Does this add enough flavor to a bowl of pasta, or did it require some adjustments?
3. Other Parameters
The price, packaging, shelf life, and ingredients were also taken into account.
Our Review Process
- In a pan, we heated some oil, sauteed onions and tomatoes, and added Catch Pasta Masala.
- Once the veggies softened a bit, we added some boiled pasta, one more sachet of Catch Masala, tossed it for a few minutes, and served it hot.
- Note, there were no additional seasonings or flavoring ingredients added as we always want to gauge the true taste of the product.
- A bowl of pasta meant for 2 people took about two sachets to impart the correct flavor.
