Aroma + Appearance

As depicted on the pack, these chips were ‘wafer thin’ With a generous sprinkle of masala, these were devoid of any glossy appearance or feel on the fingertips. 

There were no peculiar or odd aromas, it was masaledar.

Justice has been served, when it comes to the tags. ‘Sprinkled’ yes. ‘Flat cut’ yes. 

These chips are truly sprinkled with chilli, and fairly generously so. As a result, the spice isn’t overwhelming or too bold. It is balanced and can be paired with a number of dips. Red chilli and garlic were the most prominent flavors . Overall, these were fresh and had the starchiness of potatoes. 

As for texture, Bingo chips were light and super crisp. All-in-all, the taste and texture work together to make these addictive!
