Our Review Factors
What are we looking for? A smooth, intense cold coffee that tastes fresh. More details on the specificities explained in the section below.
1. Flavor
Because cold coffee is made using coffee brewed at relatively lower temperatures, the overall flavor and acidity is slightly lower compared to a traditional hot brew. In addition to a rounded sweetness, we looked for a fresh milky flavor, and whether or not these elements work in sync.
Filter coffee is slightly stronger than your regular instant coffee. Did this beverage capture that well enough?
2. Consistency
We did not seek a thick, latte-like consistency, but not watery like Americano either. We were looking for a homemade milkshake-like consistency that was creamy and smooth.
3. Others
The price, packaging, ingredients, shelf life, storage instructions, and more have also been noted.
