Summary

Keventer Disney Delight milkshakes make for a filling snack on-the-go. These taste fresh with a smooth, thick consistency. As indicated by the ratings, our collective favorite was the chocolate variant.

Scorching summer afternoons + chilled milkshakes- that’s an equation everyone gets right.

Keventer, a renowned dairy brand in India, has launched a range of milkshakes in collaboration with Disney. With kids as their target audience, these milkshakes are offered in chocolate, strawberry, and coffee variants with characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Thor, Iron Man, and Spider-Man, among others.

Our Review Factors

In addition to the packaging and characters, in our Keventer Disney Delights milkshakes review, we set out to find if there are other significant factors that distinguish one variant from another. Their taste, consistency and ingredients were our prime deciding parameters.

The following section sheds light on our expectations in terms of flavor, consistency, and other key factors.

1. Flavor

Chocolate and strawberry are common milkshake flavors. Natural and desirable or industrial-tasting, how well has the brand produced these flavors?

We also gauged the levels of sweetness and freshness.

2. Consistency

Smooth or lumpy? Thick or flowy? Are these milkshakes creamy? Do they coat the palate? Heavy or light on the tummy? Could we figure out the type of milk used by the consistency?

3. Other Parameters

Main Ingredients

Has the brand specified the quality of ingredients? Milk, sweetener, how do they add flavors? Have real ingredients been used or artificial additives?

Packaging

During lunch break or after play-time, are these milkshakes packed in a travel-friendly manner?

Keventer Disney Delights Milkshakes Flavors – Detailed Review

1. Belle Chocolate

Like most single-serving tetra pack beverages, this Keventer Disney Delight had a plastic straw attached to the carton. ‘Disposal- push straw into the pack after use’ reads the pack. This is quite unique as we haven’t come across other brands mentioning this.

Both variants have a shelf life of 270 days.

The main ingredients are milk solids, sugar, cocoa solids, erythritol INS 968, steviol glycoside INS 960, stabilizers INS 407, 412, 471, 1442, and mineral salt. It also contains permitted natural and synthetic food colors-INS 102, 110, 122, 133 along with nature-identical and artificial chocolate flavoring substances.

This had a smooth consistency. The thickness of the beverage was fairly decent. It had an inviting chocolatey aroma, which was reflected really well taste-wise. This was sweet and featured a decadent chocolate flavor. The milk-based ingredients were fresh and did not have any sour taste. Moreover, the chocolate flavor did not taste industrial or synthetic.

A 180-ml serving offers approximately 88 Kcal as 13.13 grams of carbohydrates (as 11.66 grams of sugar), 3.2 grams of fat, and 3.15 grams of protein.

The total sugar (11.66 grams) is divided as 6.4 grams of added sugar and 1.47 grams of erythritol.

Erythritol may cause digestive issues like bloating and cramps as it causes water retention in the intestines. Moreover, it contains a substantial quantity of sugar.

A look at the packaging and consistency of our collective favorite.
  • Thumbs up for the disposal instructions.
  • The nutrition and ingredient lists are detailed.
  • It had a desirable aroma.
  • The taste and consistency were remarkable.
  • It is prepared with several additives, making it unsuitable for regular consumption.

Belle fans and chocolate lovers unite- this milkshake is something you’d regret missing out on.

2. Mickey Mouse Strawberry

The packaging is similar to the first variant, except this has a pretty pink hue.

The main ingredients are identical to the above variant, without cocoa solids.

It contains added strawberry flavors and permitted food colors.

It also mentions the use of an admixture of natural sugar and steviol glycoside.

Steviol glycoside is a zero-calorie sweetener that cannot be digested by the human body. Though it is a generally recognised as safe (GRAS) additive by the United States Food and Drug Administration, it may cause bloating, cramping, or nausea.

This offers 88 Kcal in a single-serve pack (180 ml). It provides 14.65 grams of carbohydrates (11.85 grams of sugar- of which added sugar is 6.4 grams and erythritol is 2.8 grams), 3.1 grams of fat, and 3.15 grams of protein.

The consistency was slightly thinner than the chocolate variant. That said, it did not seem watered down and was flowy.

In terms of taste, the sweetness is balanced and the natural flavor of the fruit can be tasted. However, the flavor is not as prominent as a homemade strawberry milkshake would have.

The pink hue was aesthetic.
  • The aroma and taste seem natural.
  • The sweetness is balanced.
  • The flavor of strawberries was more prominent here.

If you’re someone who prefers their milkshakes not as thick, the Mickey Mouse variant can be a good option.
