When compared to other energy bars, the calories are almost identical. However, the quality of ingredients and nutrient density give Nourish Organics the upper hand.
Aroma & Appearance- The aroma was a mix of banana and nuts. This is a small square-shaped bar where flax seeds and chopped nuts could be seen.
Taste & Texture- The bar had a chewy bite with a desirable crunch from the nuts and seeds. Fresh ingredients have been used, the taste and texture both agree with this. The natural and subtle sweetness from dates was pleasant. The banana flavor is mild. We couldn’t really make out buckwheat and oats from the taste. The flavor profile was led by nuts and dates.
The brand has been certified organic by SGS Organic, Jaivik Bharat, USDA Organic, and India Organic.
