In this segment, we note the level of sweetness, the freshness of the nuts, and how well are the biscuits flavored. We also check for any industrial or unpleasant aftertaste. How closely does the taste justify the flavor tags?

2. Texture

Biscuits that lack the crunch and turn soggy ruin the entire experience of having them. The texture is dependent on different factors, including – how well the dough is kneaded and the baking process. Here we check how crisp these biscuits are. Are these crumbly, or do they break apart easily? We also check for the crunch of the nuts.
