We conducted a no nonsense taste test to evaluate the flavor and consistency of this pizza pasta sauce. For our review process, we prepared a simple pasta dish. 

In a pan we added some oil, green and red bell peppers and added 3-4 tbsp of the sauce. To make the pasta even more nutritious you can consider adding your preferred source of veg or non-veg protein like paneer or chicken. 

Pro Tip: As the sauce is thick, you will need to add a splash of water to loosen it. If not done so there are chances that it will stick to the pan very quickly. Also make sure that your flame is not on high. 

Our Review Analysis 

There is a slightly sour/tangy aroma of fresh tomatoes as we first opened the glass bottle, followed by the enticing aroma of mixed herbs.

We could spot a lot of herbs in the sauce. Unlike other store-bought pizza pasta sauces that appear artificially colored, the color of this sauce resembled how a homemade puree using these ingredients would look like. It had a vibrant reddish-orange shade. 

The consistency of this pizza pasta sauce was so thick that we literally required a spoon to scoop it out from the bottle. If you are not able to scoop out that way, another hack is to turn the bottle upside down for a few minutes and then allow the sauce to push through. 

The most delightful aspect of this pizza pasta sauce is the well balanced sourness. There is no evident flavor of any vegetable so kids can easily enjoy this without creating any fuss. It has a herby, slightly sweet taste with a balanced salt level.
