1. Papdi Chaat
This has multiple elements including a flowy, lightly sweetened curd, chunks of potatoes, fresh pomegranate, kuttu papdi, kuttu aloo pakodis, kuttu boondi and more. These come packed separately and all you need to do is assemble it in a bowl. Sachets of chutneys (sweet tamarind chutney and spicy green chutney) are also provided.
We loved how delicious the papdi chaat is and gives you such a clean break from heavy poori-aloo or sabzi-parantha combinations. Make sure you chill the curd before serving.
Price: Rs 160/-
2. Falahari Badam Cutlet
Contrary to what many may serve in the name of a ‘badam cutlet’, Bikanervala did not shy away from loading this with tons of almonds. We love the soft potato centre along with ample almonds inside as well. Not meant for people with a low chilli tolerance, as this has a lot of fresh green chillies.
The Falahari Badam Cutlet gets a thumbs up from us. Best paired with a glass of lassi or a cup of tea.
Price: Rs 70/piece
3. Makhana Kheer
For 70 bucks, you get a small katori of a rich, creamy makhana kheer. We love that this isn’t oversweet and the addition of cardamom and almonds amps the overall flavor.
If you need some homestyle makhana kheer, we highly recommend the one by Bikanervala.
Price: Rs 70/-
4. Falahari Sabudana Aloo Tikki
Plump, chewy sabudana mixed with soft potatoes and turned into a crisp tikki. Served with an array of chutneys and dahi, you can assemble this at home.
Price: Rs 140/-

5. Falahari Tawa Aloo Chaat
What’s not to love? Crisp deep-fried potatoes, bhuna jeera, salt and a generous squeeze of lemon juice. This classic never goes wrong and we would happily go back for this anytime, anyday.
Price: Rs 130/-
6. Special Mentions
Although we have not tried these individually, we did test them as a part of the Navratri Thali previously and loved them for their wholesome flavors. If you want something substantial, but not order an entire thali, we suggest option for mini meals like –
- Aloo sabzi with puri
- Paneer sabzi with puri or rice (samak)
- Samak rice with raita
- Sabudana khichdi with raita and arbi chips
- Falahari paneer pakoda
