Our Review Factors
The brand makes certain bold claims like ‘40% less sugar’, ‘power of Zinc’, and the fact that the milkshakes improve gut health.
In our LiL’Goodness Assorted Prebiotic Break Shake review, we set out to find the ingredient that makes these shakes a source of prebiotics, additives if any, how palatable they are if the sugar content is lower, their consistency and flavor of vanilla/chocolate.
1. Flavor
Be it milkshakes, icecreams, or cupcakes, vanilla and chocolate are classic flavors which often end up tasting very artificial. Did the brand get them right? What about the sweetness? Balanced, too low or too high?
They also use oats, which are primarily bland, but have earthy undertones. Was this prominent in the flavor of the milkshakes?
2. Consistency
Milkshakes are loved for the creamy, thick consistency they have. This rich consistency is what makes them so satiating and filling.

How are prebiotics different from probiotics? Do you know how prebiotics benefit our systems?
Prebiotics are fiber-rich foods that act as food for human microflora (gut-friendly bacteria). Probiotics are foods that contain live bacteria and help to maintain/improve the balance of these microorganisms in human bodies.
