Summary
This creamy pale peachy colored drink tastes really nice. It tastes sweet and has a very dominant kesar flavor. The consistency is very creamy, which we love. Overall, this is a perfect replacement of fizzy drinks during summers.
The flavor combination of kesar and elachi is a classic one and when added to desserts or milk, it really enhances the overall flavor of the product. Over time we have reviewed a lot of flavored milk by Mother Dairy and while we loved some, a few did not fare well.

Appearance – The flavored milk is a light, pale peach in color. The consistency seems very flowy and is not thick like a milkshake.
Aroma and taste – We had the Mother Dairy Kesar Elaichi Flavoured Milk chilled, and it is oh so yum! The flavored milk is very delicious. It was almost like eating a melted ice cream, and we don’t mean this in a bad way. The consistency is really creamy and smooth. There are no lumps or ‘malai’ bits like some packaged flavored milk does. There is a prominent saffron (kesar) flavor that comes from the added flavors. The sweetness of the flavored milk is balanced, and we got hints of pista and badaam too.
Overall this is a nice and tasty flavored milk that can be enjoyed on a hot summer evening or as a midday snack. This could be a good addition to the beverage tray on play dates and kiddy parties instead of carbonated soft drinks.
