As the food industry grows at a fast pace, new and innovative products keep sprouting up. Growing up we only knew potato chips and probably banana chips. Now, everything you think of is being turned into chips – beetroot, ragi, coconut, mangoes, jackfruits, okra, purple sweet potatoes and even NAAN. Yes, you read that right!
Wingreens Farms brings us Naan chips in three different flavors – Butter Garlic, Tez Tandoori, and Chatpata Pudina. We tasted and reviewed all three variants for their taste. Let’s have a look at how they fared on the taste scale and which one we preferred the most. Here is our #FirstImpression.

Mishry Taste Test | Wingreens Farms Naan Chips Butter Garlic
The butter garlic naan chips were our favorite amongst the three. The flour, butter and garlic were in perfect harmony. They were well seasoned. The chips had a distinct garlicky flavor that you expect from a butter garlic naan. These naan chips are something that you want to keep on munching! Our only grouse – the shape, size and thickness of the chips are inconsistent. Most of them were broken, bringing down the overal experience of what could have been a near-perfect party-snack!

Wingreens Farms Naan Chips – Chatpata Pudina
Mild pudina flavors when combined with some baked ‘naan’ chips is sure to remind you of a pudina parantha.

Mishry Taste Test | Wingreens Farms Naan Chips Chatpata Pudina
The chips are very crispy, but a tad dry on the inside.
The thickness of the chips is very inconsistent. Some chips are too thin and some are so thick that you would need some serious jaw power to chew it (some of them are pretty hard).
There is a strong pudina aroma upon opening the pack, but there is VERY little pudina flavor. But, yes! It does come close to a pudina parantha that we order at restaurants. The flour, pudina and salt combination works well, flavor wise.
3) Wingreens Farms Naan Chips – Tez Tandoori
According to the information provided on the pack:
- It provides 432 Kcal of energy per 100 grams.
- Some of the main ingredients used are refined wheat flour, whole wheat flour, oats, malted barley flour and millet flour, vegetable oil and yeast.
Wingreens Farms Naan Chips – Tez Tandoori
Overloaded with spices, we didn’t get the ‘tandoori’ flavor which was advertised on the pack.
MRP – Rs 95/-*
Net weight – 150 grams
*Price at the time of review
Mishry Taste Test | Wingreens Farms Naan Chips – Tez Tandoori
The thickness, shape and size of the chips are inconsistent like the previous variants.
The chips are overloaded in dry masalas and very messy because of it. We found these to be oversalty.
Spicy and way too masaledaar, these chips were not pleasing to the palate. The dry masalas in the chips were overpowering and it felt we were eating a spoonful of khada garam masala.
Sadly, these chips do not remind you of a ‘tandoori’ flavor. Too many spices were crammed in one pack of chips and eventually we couldn’t taste anything.
To summarise, we can confidently say that the Butter Garlic variant topped our list, followed by the Pudina Naan chips. The Tandoori version, sadly, bombed for us.
