3. How we tried them

We tried them using the deep-fry method. We deep-fried them in regular vegetable oil in a kadai for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. We did not thaw the ITC Master Chef Alphabytes before cooking, and no extra seasoning was added on top.

4. Appearance

Upon opening the pack, we noticed that none of the pieces were broken, and all the alphabets were intact. Throughout all the ITC Frozen food we have reviewed so far, the packaging quality has remained impressive, be it the delicately tray-packed chicken kebabs or wedges that are directly packed into a pouch.

5. Taste and texture

While tasting a basic potato based snack we keep two things in mind – the taste of potatoes and the seasoning. The potatoes on the inside are very soft, fluffy, and have cooked well. They aren’t hollow from inside. As for seasoning, these are mildly salted and would go well with any condiment like ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise. ITC Master Chef Alphabytes have a significant crunch on the outside that we loved!
